CONCEPT
Orchid Home Solutions is an active home service company that provides home care, maintenance, renovations and emergency repairs.
This branding package required design through many platforms including, logo, print and business card design, packaging, car wraps, website, and social media platforms such as Instagram and Nextdoor. The client expressed setting a modern, respectable, and elegant tone for the brand.
IDENTITY
The logo was inspired by an Orchid which was requested by the client, which represents beauty, elegance, wealth, power, respect, bravery, and peace. The colors navy and beige were chosen to compliment this message. Through the design process it was clear that a hand-done element was needed to balance the modern lines and deep navy color. The logo and branding patterns were created using hand-drawn lines to add personality to the brand.
DELIVERABLES
Within each brand element in the brands package, it was crucial to provide customers with information about the brand and immediately set the visual tone. For the marketing strategy, real Orchid flowers were wrapped in the brands packaging and delivered to high income neighborhoods. These Orchid packages provided the customer with a “Care” card for the flower, as well as information on the brand and a QR code to the website. The 5 page website provides the most information and allows customers to sign up for the membership to Orchid, within a separate members page. Truck and van wraps, as well as shirts and jackets were also created to provide the brand with professional ways to present their employees. The social media presence with created to supplement the website and promote the brand.
